Some nurses are really understanding and some just came across really rude.

Listened when I said that I am in a lot of pain and not just left me in the waiting room for awhile. I understand that I am not the only child here but with how swollen it is I think its no ok.

This was a follow up appointment booked for 9-15 I am still waiting to see the doctor over 2 hours later!! I appreciate emergency people have to be seen but surely a better system could be put in place follow ups. I am not an emergency so why am I in the emergency department at all!!!
